3M Canada partners with the ISU World Figure Skating Championships® 2013

OTTAWA, ON: At a press conference earlier this morning, Skate Canada announced that 3M Canada will be the Presenting Partner of the Volunteer Program for the ISU World Figure Skating Championships® 2013 in London, Ontario from March 11-17, 2013 at the John Labatt Centre.

“We are delighted to be partnering with 3M Canada for the world’s volunteer program. Their reputation for supporting volunteers in London and across the country is renowned. We know our 450 plus volunteers will benefit from their support to stage a truly amazing world championships,” said Debbi Wilkes, Skate Canada Director Business Development.

“At 3M Canada, supporting community volunteers is simply part of our company’s culture,” said Paul Madden, 3M Canada’s President and General Manager. “It’s a great honour to be the Presenting Partner of the Volunteer Program for the ISU World Figure Skating Championships next year, and many of our employees look forward to getting involved.”
